2010 - 2011 Champbikx/Probikx Series
Round 3 and 4 - Nerang 2011

After missing out on the champbikx final in Mackay and not competing at the 2nd round in Frankston I was determined to make the final in Round 3 and 4 at Nerang to get my points up in the series. On Friday was round 3 of the series and as it was only 3 motos and finals I knew I needed to get good positions in my heats. Throughout my motos I finished with all 2nd and 3rd places finishes which gave me a good lane pick for the semi-finals. I didn't get the best gate start in my semi but ended up finishing in the top 4 which put me through to my first champbikx final. In the final it was a very tight race down the first straight and into the first turn. I ended up 4th in the final which I was very happy with as I had a goal to finish in the top 4.
Saturday was the 4th round of the series and after some rain overnight the track was a little bit muddy and slippery. I once again finished top 3 in all my heats and made it through to the semi-final with a good lane pick. I came out of the first turn in 2nd place behind world #3 of Brandon Te Hiko and managed to hold that position for the whole race and I also made the final. I finished 4th in the final once again which I was happy with after a good weekend of racing.
2010 Nationals- Shepparton, Victoria
This year I didn't do as well in the national titles as I would of hoped to but it was still a good week. The track had a very long first straight and was a very fast track. I thought the second straight was a really good straight because it was a good straight for jumping. The berms were very big and had lots of opportunities for gaining or losing places.
On 20" I made it through my eighths and quarter finals into the semi finals but unfortunately didn't make the final this year. I was battling for 4th place down the first, second and third straight but couldn't quite get there in the end. Overall on 20" I ended up 12th.
This year on cruiser I was in the younger age of my class because I was 13 and had to race the 14 year olds as well. I went fairly good considering I was in the younger age of the class. Through my motos I was getting seconds and thirds and made it into the quarter finals. My quarter final had a lot of fast 14 year olds and I couldn't quite make the semi final. I was again battling for the last qualifying spot in my quarter final but ended up 5th which was then the end of my 2010 national titles.
2010
Queensland Country Titles - Walkerston
This year the 2010 QLD Country Titles were held in Walkerston. This year there was a lot of riders but my group was once again fairly small for this sort of event as I only had 7 riders. Because I didn't have enough riders to make 2 heats every single race mattered this weekend so I had to try my hardest all weekend. I stayed on my bike this weekend as well and won all my races which I was very happy with. This is the 2nd year in a row I have won the QLD Country Titles in my age group.
